Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics in Atlanta, GA seeks a Clinical Educator to lead on-site AMI training at Training Centers, work with leadership on policies, and participate in ongoing anatomy labs and clinical training. You will travel up to 50% to support education programs and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliant, high-quality training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Current, unencumbered NP/PA/RN license; licensure in CA/GA/TX preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years clinical experience with facial injectables.
• Minimum of 2 years cannula experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a clinical education role preferred.
• Ability to deliver educational presentations to customers, peers and prospects with measurable results.
• Strong work ethic, integrity and analytical, organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of FDA/regulatory statutes related to Allergan Aesthetics products.

Responsibilities

• Execute AMI training strategies for facial training sessions.
• Deliver presentations and clinical training during programs.
• Assess and optimize clinical workflows and improve efficiency.
• Travel to support clinical HCP educational engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership to monitor and report clinical activities with AMI Training Centers.
• Provide feedback to AMI Curricula to expand reach and effectiveness.
• Participate in ongoing clinical training such as anatomy labs.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO13485 and other regulatory requirements.
• Promote safety and maintain good housekeeping.
• Assist with development of clinical content and training curricula.
