Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics is seeking a Sr. Training Manager for AMI Educational Engagement to lead and advance our training programs in Austin.

The role focuses on delivering immersive customer education, developing programs, and collaborating with sales and brand stakeholders to optimize the end-to-end customer experience. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer education training and 4+ years in Medical Aesthetics or Pharma sales/marketing, with strong instructional design and workshop

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years’ experience in customer education training is required.
• 4+ years’ experience in Medical Aesthetics, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical in Sales/Marketing.
• Flexibility in work hours, including weekends, is required.
• Experience in facial injectables is strongly preferred.
• Experience in instructional delivery and content/workshop development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation at AMI Immersive customer training programs in Austin, TX.
• Development and management of AMI Training Center programs to meet customer and sales team needs.
• Development and implementation of customer engagement strategies for end-to-end experience.
• Manage in-classroom technologies and engagement strategies, including content development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program development and execution; identify efficiencies.
• Work with field team on program communications and initiatives; manage program reports.
