Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is seeking a Field Clinical Trainer to manage clinical training across the AMI, body contouring, DiamondGlow, SkinMedica devices, and related products. You will partner with sales leadership and AMI stakeholders to design training paths that improve clinician proficiency and ensure protocol adherence.

The role requires delivering hands-on and virtual training, developing KPI reporting, and supporting field programs while traveling up to 75% across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required (as defined).
• 3–5 years of sales, medical device training, and/or clinical experience preferred.
• Strong project management and process-improvement skills.
• Experience presenting didactic and hands-on content to groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear clinical training in hands-on and virtual settings for devices to drive outcomes.
• Partner with AMI, marketing and sales leadership to enhance trainer roles and KPIs.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to align training with strategic goals and budgets.
• Assist in developing field training content and resources with Clinical Education team.
• Support AMI faculty engagements and field programs across regions.
• Monitor KPIs with dashboards and data analysis to optimize training impact.
