Responsibilities include governance, licensing guidance, and program modernization across the Americas. The role requires 10–15 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong executive communication skills. Domestic/intl travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience in export controls, trade compliance, sanctions, or regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of the Americas Export Control & Sanctions compliance program, aligning with global strategy.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across EAR, ITAR, OFAC, NRC, DOE, DOD, and Canadian controls.
• Drive digital transformation with analytics, dashboards, and risk-monitoring tools.
