Job summary

Bosch Group is seeking an Export Control Manager for the Americas region to lead export control compliance for the HC group in the Americas. The role serves as the central contact for export control matters and offers guidance across regions, reporting to the Lead ECM for functional alignment.

You will assess activities for EAR applicability, coordinate case reviews with experts, and ensure policy dissemination. English and Spanish fluency is required for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge in trade compliance, export controls, sanctions, and related processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and IT tools is essential.
• Deep understanding of U.S. export control (EAR) and sanctions laws (OFAC).

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end export control reviews and decisions on transactions.
• Coordinate with subject-matter experts and escalate to Corporate for final decisions.
• Provide advisory support on goods classification and screening of sanctioned parties.
• Report implementation status to leadership and support training initiatives.
