Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a U.S. Customs & Trade Compliance Manager to drive the regional compliance program from a hybrid hub location in the U.S. This role partners with legal, finance, and supply chain to embed regulatory requirements in business processes.

You will lead audits, risk mitigation, and policy development, while monitoring regulatory changes and opportunities for duty reduction across business units.

Qualifications

• Higher education with significant experience in Customs, international trade, and trade compliance.
• Experience leading trade compliance programs and collaborating with multiple departments.
• Proven knowledge of US trade regulations, customs laws, and trade agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and oversight of import/export, trade remedies, origin determination, and other trade compliance activities.
• Develop and implement trade compliance risk mitigation programs and strategy.
• Manage and communicate with U.S. Customs & Border Protection and other agencies to resolve issues.
