Schneider Electric is seeking a Sr. Manager, Export Control & Sanctions for the Americas. You will lead the regional program, partnering with Legal, HR, Supply Chain, and Engineering to enable business growth while mitigating regulatory risk.

As an Export Control & Sanctions Senior Manager - Americas, you will serve as a key leader within the Global Export Control & Sanctions Center of Excellence (COE), responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable export control and economic sanctions while enabling business growth and operational success. You will provide leadership for regional governance, sanctions compliance, technology controls, licensing, due diligence, and compliance transformation initiatives. You will also partner extensively with executive leadership, Legal, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Security, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to proactively identify and mitigate regulatory risks while supporting Schneider Electric's strategic objectives. Additionally, you will foster a risk-based, data-driven, business-focused compliance culture across the Americas.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 168,800 - USD 253,200 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short‑term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
