CLEAR is seeking a Senior Service and Sales Representative in Bentonville, AR to create frictionless experiences for members. You will drive enrollments, balance high-volume work with quality service, resolve issues, and uphold stringent security standards across all interactions.

You will also support training and development of teammates, and troubleshoot hardware/software to ensure smooth front-line operations. This role is full-time and onsite with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Open availability and flexible shifts.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Desire to grow into a management or leadership position.
• Completion of all airport and government security screening, including SIDA badge eligibility.

Mansioni

• Drive membership enrollments by engaging travelers and educating them about CLEAR benefits.
• Balance high-volume interactions with high-quality customer experiences.
• Resolve traveler or member concerns promptly, escalating when needed.
• Adhere to security procedures by validating documents and traveler IDs.
• Assist in training and developing team members as a subject-matter expert.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure frontline triage.
