CLEAR is seeking a Senior Service and Sales Representative (Senior Ambassador) in Anchorage, AK. You will drive membership enrollments, assist travelers, and ensure secure, seamless experiences for CLEAR members at the point of contact.

The role emphasizes leadership growth, meticulous adherence to procedures, and hands-on help with training junior staff, while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Open availability and flexibility for shifts.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Desire to grow into a management or leadership position.
• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Drive memberships by engaging travelers and educating them about CLEAR benefits.
• Balance high volume with high-quality customer and member experiences.
• Resolve traveler and/or member concerns or inquiries promptly and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to security procedures by validating airline documents and CLEAR traveler IDs.
• Support leadership in training and development of team members.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure front-line triage.
