Responsabilités

• Drive membership enrollments by engaging travelers and educating them about CLEAR benefits and supporting team members to reach enrollment goals.
• Balance high volume with high-quality customer and member experiences.
• Resolve traveler and member concerns or inquiries in a timely manner, escalating as needed.
• Adhere to security procedures by validating airline documents and verifying CLEAR traveler IDs.
• Support managers in training and development, serving as a subject matter expert on-the-job training.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure frontline triage before escalation to corporate support.
