CLEAR is seeking a Senior Service and Sales Representative (Senior Ambassador) to create frictionless experiences for travelers. You will enroll members, educate travelers about CLEAR benefits, and support teammates to hit enrollment goals.

You will balance high-volume interactions with quality service, resolve inquiries promptly, verify travel documents, and uphold security protocols while mentoring others and troubleshooting hardware/software issues in our airport environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive membership enrollments by engaging travelers and educating them about CLEAR benefits.
• Balance high-volume interactions with high-quality customer and member experiences.
• Resolve traveler and member concerns promptly; escalate when needed.
• Adhere to security procedures by validating airline documents and member traveler IDs.
• Support training and development of new and existing team members; act as a subject matter expert.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure frontline triage before escalation.
