Job summary

Organics Ocean, a Rain Media Brand, is seeking an Amazon Marketplace Manager to own end-to-end commercial execution for our 3P Seller Central account in a remote US-based role.

The role balances hands-on management with high-level channel strategy and requires expertise in Amazon SEO, PPC, listing optimization, and regulatory compliance for dietary supplements. You’ll direct an external agency and collaborate with the DTC team to align Shopify and Amazon strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Amazon Seller Central (3P) experience in a dietary supplement context.
• Leadership experience: 2+ years managing a team.
• Dietary supplement/CPG domain knowledge with FDA/FTC compliance awareness.
• Experience directing external agencies and auditing performance metrics.
• Hands-on Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products/Brands) and analytics tooling.
• Proficiency with brand content optimization (SEO) and data reporting.
• Ability to operate remotely across US time zones and limited travel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial ownership of the Amazon 3P account, balancing hands-on execution with strategy (roughly 70/30).
• Direct the external Amazon agency, set strategic direction, and ensure effective execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (DTC, design) for aligned product content and campaigns.
• Lead SEO/keyword research and listing optimization to grow share and rankings.
• Run CRO testing on titles, images, bullets, and Storefront layouts to maximize CTR/CVR.
• Oversee A+ Content, Premium A+, and Brand Story strategies.
