Shiseido Americas, headquartered in New York City with a portfolio of prestige beauty brands, seeks a Senior Manager, Amazon to lead the development and execution of Amazon strategies for the SAC brands. The role drives growth, strengthens Amazon expertise, and builds partnerships to advance brand priorities and marketplace performance.

Qualifications

• College degree and minimum 7 years’ experience in Amazon marketplace, retail, e-commerce, consulting, or business strategy.
• Proven track record driving results in account management with assortment strategy and key metrics.
• Proficient in analyzing business performance and making recommendations.
• Experience navigating Amazon Seller Central and day-to-day business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, sales reporting, and promotional planning for Amazon (tentpole events, beauty events, BFCM).
• Own and manage the Amazon P&L, including performance tracking and profitability recommendations.
• Drive growth for Shiseido brands on Amazon.
• Lead and develop two direct reports, ensuring clear priorities and strong execution.
• Act as Amazon SME and educate cross-functional teams on marketplace best practices.
• Collaborate with brand teams to optimize store, PDP and A+ content.
• Prepare clear business reports and executive presentations for the leadership team.
• Oversee media investment and optimization in partnership with agency teams.
