Job summary

Shiseido Americas is seeking a Senior Manager, Amazon to lead the development and execution of Amazon strategies across the SAC portfolio of brands. This role drives topline growth by forecasting, reporting, and optimizing the Amazon P&L, while partnering with brand teams, agencies and planning groups to maximize store performance.

This role will mentor two direct reports and translate marketplace insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• College degree and minimum 7 years’ experience in Amazon marketplace, retail, e-commerce, consulting, or business strategy.
• Proven ability to drive results in account management with assortment strategy and marketing plans.
• Proficient in analyzing business performance and making recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, sales reporting, and promotional planning for Amazon events to identify topline growth opportunities.
• Own and manage the Amazon P&L, including performance tracking and profitability improvements.
• Lead growth for Shiseido Americas brands on Amazon and collaborate with marketing teams.
