Job summary

Shiseido Americas, headquarted in New York City, seeks a Manager of Online Merchandising to lead the ecommerce merchandising function for its prestige beauty brands. You will manage a team of eMerchandisers and drive best-in-class digital experiences across catalog, navigation, search, content, and promotions.

You will partner with analytics, IT, and product teams to optimize KPIs, implement front-end content updates, and oversee promotions and testing on the SFCC platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Ecommerce with online merchandising and site optimization.
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms and tools (SFCC) including catalog, promotions, search, content publishing.
• Experience leading and developing ecommerce merchandising teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of eMerchandisers to maintain best-in-class customer experience across catalog, navigation, on-site search, content and promotions.
• Act as subject matter expert for merchandising configurations, QA, and issue resolution.
• Oversee site merchandising, content and promotion updates on SFCC and related systems.
