The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years in retail or ecommerce planning, strong Excel skills, and proven cross-functional collaboration across sales, supply chain, and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of experience in retail planning, demand planning, inventory planning, replenishment, or related function.
• Strong analytical skill set with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; translate data into insights and actions.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze performance, diagnose drivers of change, and communicate risks and opportunities clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand planning for Amazon, leveraging trends and calendars to build accurate forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and model performance; refine inputs to improve precision.
• Develop and execute demand, inventory, and replenishment strategies for Amazon moments (Prime Day, BFCM, seasonal launches).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align inventory allocation and promotional readiness.
