Job summary

Apex Tool Group, LLC is seeking a Senior eCommerce Analyst for the Amazon account to support a major retail partnership. You will work with Account Management, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize profitability and performance on Amazon.

You will develop dashboards, analyze sales trends, forecast, and provide recommendations to improve availability and margins. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
3–5 years in eCommerce, sales ops, retail, analytics or related function; Amazon experience required.
Advanced Excel skills with large datasets, pivots, lookups, and financial analyses.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Amazon business operations with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth.
Analyze Amazon sales, profitability, traffic, conversion, inventory, pricing and operational performance.
Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and scorecards with KPIs for visibility and actions.
Forecasting, planning, and performance management using historical trends and promotions.
Monitor inventory health, fill rates, and PO performance to prevent stockouts or delays.
Support pricing strategy and cost-to-serve analysis across Amazon.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with insights and actions.
Assist with new product launches and assortment planning with cross-functional teams.
