Job summary

Medela LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, eCommerce Acceleration – Amazon to drive profitable growth across global markets. Leverage deep Amazon expertise to turn data into actionable strategies, manage forecasting, promotions, and assortment while partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales.

The role requires 7+ years in eCommerce/Amazon, with direct 1P experience and a track record of improving market share. Travel up to 25% may include international trips.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics or a related field.
• Significant direct Amazon 1P experience required.
• Experience supporting or managing an Amazon business of over $25M+ in annual revenue.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central, including promotions, new-item setup, merchandising, catalog management, chargebacks, fees, suppressed products, reporting, ordering and availability.
• Strong experience with Stackline and the ability to identify trends, competitive activity and opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience developing and evaluating Amazon promotional strategies, ROI and profitability.
• Strong understanding of Amazon forecasting and demand signals, with weekly cadence.

Responsibilities

• Turn Amazon data into commercial action by owning weekly POS and performance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through performance evaluation and recommendations.
• Lead weekly Amazon forecasting insights with demand planning and supply chain.
• Improve promotional effectiveness through evaluation of ROI and cannibalization.
• Serve as an Amazon 1P and Vendor Central expert with issue resolution.
• Optimize assortment, pricing, packs and channel profitability.
• Protect and improve margin by addressing deductions and costs-to-serve.
• Monitor competition and translate insights into weekly actions.
• Bring advanced analytics into decision-making using tools like AMC and MMM.
