Medela LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, eCommerce Acceleration – Amazon to drive profitable growth on the Amazon platform with deep data analytics and strategic execution. The role partners across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to translate insights into actions that accelerate market share and profitability.

The ideal candidate brings extensive Amazon expertise, strong forecasting, and a bias for action to influence global eCommerce strategies. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in eCommerce or Amazon-related roles.
• Direct Amazon 1P experience required.
• Experience managing a sizable Amazon business (>$25M revenue).
• Strong skills with Vendor Central, promotions, and item setup.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into commercial actions across Amazon performance levers.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead weekly forecasting with demand planning and supply chain input.
• Improve promotional effectiveness and ROI across Amazon.
• Serve as Amazon 1P/Vendor Central expert and troubleshoot issues.
• Optimize assortment, pricing, and channel economics.
• Protect margins by addressing deductions and costs.
• Monitor competitors and translate insights into actions.
• Bring advanced analytics into decision making with AMC and Stackline.
• Strengthen digital shelf performance and content optimization.
• Build scalable eCommerce capabilities with IT and analytics.
