Flywheel is seeking an eCommerce Business Manager to lead client Amazon accounts within Client Services. You will craft strategy, manage catalog work, advise on channel challenges, and own client relationships in a dynamic, detail‑driven role.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading eCommerce businesses, especially Amazon, on either the brand, retailer, or agency side.
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute projects with quality.
• Experience managing external relationships to meet mutually beneficial goals.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret dashboards and complex data using Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Consulting: serve as on-call consultant to address Amazon challenges for clients.
• End-to-End Business Planning: build and defend a complete Amazon strategy and guide execution.
• Product Optimization: develop best-in-class Amazon Product Pages for visibility and conversions.
• Product Merchandising: plan content marketing, price promotions, and budget allocation to accelerate sales.
• Thought Leader: translate industry trends into actionable client recommendations.
