Job summary

Flywheel is seeking an eCommerce Business Manager to join Client Services and lead our clients’ Amazon business. You will drive strategy, manage day-to-day catalog work, and own client relationships in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will optimize product pages, plan merchandising, analyze dashboards with Excel, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable growth. The role demands attention to detail, strong project management, and a proactive, ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading eCommerce businesses, especially Amazon.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Experience managing external relationships to mutual goals.
• Analytical mindset with dashboards and Excel proficiency.
• Bias for action and ownership.
• Strong communication for internal and client collaboration.
