Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Amazon Connect Developer to lead cloud-based contact center initiatives. You will migrate workloads from Genesys/LivePerson to Amazon Connect, design multi-channel engagement (chat, SMS, email, WhatsApp), and build secure widgets and portals with JWT-enabled APIs.

Qualifications

6+ years in contact center platforms, with at least 4 years in Amazon Connect.
Hands-on experience implementing digital channels (chat, chatbot, SMS, email, WhatsApp).
Proficient with AWS services and secure API invocation.

Responsibilities

Lead migration of digital contact center workloads from Genesys and LivePerson to Amazon Connect.
Design and implement chat, chatbot, SMS, email, and WhatsApp solutions using AWS services.
Develop and integrate custom chat widgets and portals with JWT authentication and secure APIs.
Build and maintain widgets using AWS SDKs and APIs for enhanced agent/customer experiences.
Collaborate to integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms like Salesforce or ServiceNow.
Implement GenAI-powered solutions for customer interactions using Bedrock, OpenAI, and other LLMs.
Ensure security, scalability, and compliance across digital implementations.
Troubleshoot and optimize routing, flows, and channel configuration in Amazon Connect.
