Job summary

The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD seeks a Donor Relations Coordinator for the Krieger School of Arts & Sciences. The role supports donor stewardship, acknowledgments, and reporting, working with the Senior Associate Director to ensure gifts are acknowledged and used as intended.

You will manage templates, data, and communications with gift officers and departments to maintain proactive stewardship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or graduation equivalent.
• Three years of related experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Responsibilities

• Draft personalized and timely acknowledgment letters to donors, using templates as guides.
• Serve as liaison with divisional development offices on gift acknowledgments and with SDE to ensure guidelines.
• Assist with coordination of regular updates to acknowledgment template letters.
• Monitor progress, tracking, and data management of acknowledgments from approval to completion.
• Organize regular meetings with gift officers to review stewardship status and coordinate completion.
