Job summary

Brooks Brothers is seeking a Fitter/Tailor in Estero, FL to deliver expert alterations and fabric knowledge, ensuring high-quality garments and exceptional service. You will work within the Alterations department and report to the Store Manager.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a team-player mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining speed and accuracy under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' tailoring experience.
• Knowledge of clothing and shirt construction and fabrics.
• Previous retail or custom clothing sales experience.
• Scheduling flexibility including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sew, measure, hem, and fit garments to customer specifications using Brooks Brothers methods.
• Support productivity goals and provide high-quality customer service.
• Repair or replace defective garment parts (pockets, zippers, buttons, linings).
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and assist workflow.
• Represent the Brooks Brothers brand and adhere to standards and policies.
