Job summary

TRM seeks a Senior All-source Intelligence Analyst to anchor in-region targeting for Southeast Asia, fusing OSINT and financial intelligence to disrupt crypto-enabled fraud. You will lead small analytic pods and partner with the DC-based targeting cell to deliver actionable targeting packages for enforcement actions.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8+ years of investigative experience, strong OSINT discipline, and experience coordinating teams across regions.

Qualifications

5-8+ years of all-source investigative or targeting experience in federal, IC, or mission-aligned private sector roles.
Operational leadership experience building targeting packages for law enforcement partners.
Hands-on OSINT collection disciplines and in-region operational access.

Responsibilities

Run intelligence and OSINT operations end-to-end against scam infrastructure in Southeast Asia.
Trace scam networks using cell triangulation, IP geolocation, GEOINT and on-chain attribution.
Feed data into TRM’s intelligence and product pipelines for government and commercial customers.
Build broader operational networks from single leads to multiple targets.
Collaborate with Scams SME team and on-chain analysts to translate regional collection into enforcement-ready outputs.
