Job summary

TRM Labs seeks a Senior All-source Intelligence Analyst to anchor in-region targeting. You will fuse OSINT, in-region access, and financial intelligence to build targeting packages disrupting crypto scams in Southeast Asia.

You’ll lead a small analytic pod and collaborate with on-chain and Scams SME teams to deliver actionable intelligence. You will work across Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand, leveraging AI tools to accelerate investigations while maintaining high ownership and cross-team

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of all-source investigative or targeting experience.
• Operational leadership — coordinate small analytic teams or investigative pods.
• Investigative & targeting experience in intelligence or law enforcement/private sector.
• OSINT tradecraft — cell triangulation, IP geolocation, GEOINT, AdTech, infrastructure attribution.
• Targeting & analysis skills — build operational intelligence and broaden leads.
• APAC operational experience — Southeast Asia field experience preferred; regional languages a differentiator.
• AI fluency — using AI tools to accelerate investigative workflows.
• Mission alignment — financial crime or crypto experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Run intelligence and OSINT operations end-to-end against scam infrastructure across Southeast Asia, turning collection into targeting-ready intelligence.
• Trace scam compounds geographically and operationally using cell triangulation, IP geolocation, GEOINT, AdTech, and data to identify operators and movements.
• Process investigative returns at high volume and feed data into TRM’s pipelines.
• Expand single leads into broader operational networks through strong link and pattern analysis.
• Collaborate with Scams SME team, on-chain analysts, and the DC-based targeting cell to translate strategy into targeting packages.
