Job summary

Bow Wave LLC seeks an experienced Targeting Analyst capable of developing targets and analyzing intelligence to generate courses of action for national security. The role focuses on expert-level counterterrorism and counternarcotics analysis, with collaboration across the Intelligence Community.

The analyst will mentor junior team members, manage project elements, and communicate complex findings clearly in written and verbal form.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
12 years with BS/BA, 10 years with MS/MA, or 4 additional years with HSD.
Experience in three or more: all-source analysis, HUMINT targeting, counterterrorism, counternarcotics, or intelligence support to law enforcement.
Proven ability to convey complex information in oral or written form.
Experience with 24x7x365 operations.
Experience mentoring junior targeters or analysts.

Responsibilities

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison between project management, planning, project team, and line management.
Reviews project status, budgets, schedules and prepares status reports.
Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
Develops monitoring mechanisms for project progress and for intervention and problem solving with stakeholders.
