Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to own blockchain intelligence for a priority coverage area. You will turn on-chain tracing, OSINT, and diverse intel signals into finished intelligence across scam, narcotics, and money laundering.

You will build AI-powered pipelines, attribute activities, and drive leads at scale, with a focus on high-quality source-cited reporting and end-to-end investigations.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years in blockchain intelligence, crypto investigations, threat intelligence, or financial-crime investigations.
• Strong OSINT and off-chain investigative tradecraft: connect on-chain activity to real-world entities.
• Hands-on blockchain tracing experience is a plus; we train strong investigators on our tooling.
• Domain expertise in money laundering, illicit gambling networks, and underground banking.
• Mandarin Chinese fluency is a strong plus.
• Production AI fluency: build end-to-end pipelines that process signals.

Responsibilities

• Own your coverage area end-to-end and deliver finished, source-cited intelligence products across threat categories.
• Build AI pipelines that process diverse intel signals and augment target selection to generate leads at scale.
• Trace funds across chains and correlate on-chain activity with OSINT to attribute money laundering networks and gambling networks.
• Drive attribution and leads to improve cross-category delivery (scam/fraud, narcotics, nation-states).
• Set ambitious targets for coverage area and contribute reusable methods for the team.
