Job summary

TRM Labs seeks a Senior All-source Intelligence Analyst to anchor its APAC targeting capability from the Southeast Asia region. You will fuse OSINT collection disciplines, in-region access, and financial intelligence to build targeting packages disrupting crypto-enabled scams.

You will lead a pod, coordinate with Scams SME and DC-based teams, and translate regional collection into actionable outputs for enforcement partners and internal programs.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of all-source investigative or targeting experience.
• Experience coordinating small analytic teams or pods in a lead capacity.
• Familiarity with OSINT disciplines and in-region operations in APAC is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run intelligence and OSINT operations end-to-end against scam infrastructure in Southeast Asia and produce targeting-ready outputs.
• Trace and map scam networks using geo/spatial data, on-chain attribution, and adtech signals.
• Develop targeting packages for law enforcement partners and TRM teams; collaborate with Scams SME and DC-based cells.
• Pivot from single leads to broader operational networks to maximize investigative leads.
