Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst in a remote US-based role. You will own blockchain intelligence for a priority coverage area, turning on-chain tracing and OSINT into finished, source-cited intelligence across scam, fraud, and money-laundering networks.

You will build AI pipelines, correlate on-chain and off-chain signals, and drive attribution with impact across multiple threat categories. Applicants with Mandarin fluency are particularly encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in blockchain intelligence, crypto investigations, threat intelligence, or financial-crime investigations.

Responsibilities

• Own your coverage area end-to-end and deliver finished, source-cited intelligence products across threat categories.
• Build end-to-end AI pipelines that process diverse intel signals to augment target selection and generate leads at scale.
• Trace funds across chains, correlate on-chain activity with OSINT to attribute money laundering networks.
• Drive attribution and leads to improve cross‑category delivery in scam/fraud, narcotics, and AML.
• Set ambitious targets for your coverage area and raise tradecraft standards.
