Blue Acorn iCi seeks a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer Technical Consultant to design, implement, and validate orchestrated B2B journeys integrating real-time data, decisioning logic, and content activation across channels.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Architects and product teams to ensure scalable, data-driven journeys aligned to business outcomes. The role is hybrid, preferably in Dallas, with onsite 2+ days per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in MarTech or CX platforms
• 3+ years Adobe Journey Optimizer in production
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience with large enterprise clients

Responsabilités

• Build and configure cross-channel B2B journeys with triggers, events, rules, and throttling
• Implement real-time, event-triggered workflows tied to account attributes
• Configure message templates, content fragments, offers, and personalization across channels
• Design and configure account-based journeys and multi-stakeholder engagement logic
• Validate journey paths, decisioning accuracy, and production performance under load
• Ensure alignment with RTCDP, AEP B2B datasets and event schemas (XDM)
• Connect consent logic and suppression rules to journey decisioning
• Configure and validate offer decisioning and ranking strategies
• Use AEP Query Service to test journeys and validate audiences
• Coordinate activation with existing marketing programs to avoid duplicates
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and configurations
• Support analytics in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
