Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Adobe Journey Optimizer architect to design and implement real-time, omnichannel journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels. You will orchestrate journeys, configure rules, and integrate with AEP, RT-CDP, and CJA to enable personalized, cross-channel experiences.

Required hands-on AJO and AEP expertise, strong data modeling, API-first mentality, and the ability to travel about half the time to serve diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• 2+ years configuring AJO channel surfaces (email, SMS, push, in-app)
• 2+ years with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) including XDM, RT-CDP, and CJA
• Experience configuring external data sources, events, and actions in AJO
• 5+ years in customer data or marketing tech with API-first setup, Git, CI/CD, and runbooks
• Strong understanding of business domains, data models, and marketing campaign strategy
• Ability to travel ~50% across clients and industries
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end customer journeys in AJO, including triggers, actions, messages, and offers
• Build rules and conditional logic for complex, real-time journeys
• Configure AJO channel surfaces and email/IP management strategies
• Integrate AJO with AEP, RT-CDP, and CJA for unified profiles and cross-channel measurement
• Implement AJO-D and Offer Decisioning capabilities for contextual personalization
• Lead integration and delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud and client stakeholders
