Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to design and implement real-time, omnichannel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer. You will work with client teams to translate requirements into practical, high-quality solutions that drive customer and commercial outcomes.

You will lead integration across Adobe Experience Cloud, configure channels, and leverage AJO-D and OD capabilities, with up to 50% travel and potential immigration sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on implementation with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• 2+ years configuring AJO channel surfaces (email, SMS, push, in-app).
• 2+ years with AEP including RT-CDP and CJA.
• Experience configuring external data sources, custom events, and actions in AJO.
• 5+ years in customer data/marketing tech with API-first config, Git, CI/CD, and runbooks.
• Strong understanding of business domains, data models, and marketing strategy.
• Willingness to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end customer journeys in AJO, including triggers, actions, messages, offers, and orchestration.
• Build rules and logic for complex, multi-step journeys based on attributes and real-time events.
• Configure AJO channel surfaces (email, SMS, push, in-app) and deliverability strategies.
• Integrate AJO with AEP (RT-CDP, CJA) for unified profiles and cross-channel measurement.
• Implement AJO-D and Offer Decisioning with collections, placements, scopes, and eligibility rules.
• Lead integration and solution delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud and client stakeholders.
