TYLin is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Aviation (Terminal Design) to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex airport terminal projects for major aviation programs. This role requires coordinating architects, engineers, planners, and stakeholders to deliver passenger-focused terminal environments.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in airport terminal design and redevelopment, with a proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience managing airport terminal design and redevelopment projects.
• Experience delivering major terminal projects at commercial airports in the United States or internationally.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams on complex aviation projects.
• Strong understanding of airport terminal planning, passenger processing, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of major airport terminal projects from concept through construction support.
• Serve as a primary interface with airport owners, airlines, tenants, and regulators.
• Coordinate programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Develop and manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and delivery strategies.
• Mentor junior project managers and grow TYLin’s Aviation practice.
