Job summary

OTG is seeking an Operations Director at EWR to lead restaurant and market operations, manage projects, staff development, food quality, and guest services to meet OTG standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in senior management, strong P&L and budgeting skills, excellent Excel and communication abilities, and a proven track record of leading by example in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business, or Culinary Arts.
• 3–5 years of senior managerial experience in multi-unit concepts.
• Proficient knowledge of P&L and budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong project management skills and leadership abilities.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong communication; capable of training staff.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive unit culture with pride and teamwork.
• Directly manages ordering processes and unit scheduling.
• Coordinates internal resources to ensure flawless project execution.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Leads managers and crewmembers to meet company standards and guest expectations.
• Provides leadership, assigns responsibilities, and tracks deadlines.
• Maintains safety and workplace policies in compliance with OTG.
