Job summary

OTG Management is seeking a General Manager at EWR to lead day-to-day restaurant and Cibo operations across multiple concepts. You will supervise FOH/BOK staffing, training, guest services, inventory, and merchandising to meet company standards.

You will drive labor management, scheduling, and budgeting while maintaining high food quality and service. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality or culinary field preferred.
• 3–5 years senior managerial experience in multi-unit concepts.
• 1–3 years of retail experience a plus.
• Proficient knowledge of P&L budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong culinary background and fine dining experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant and Cibo operations for multiple concepts.
• Lead staffing, development and training for FOH/BOK.
• Ensure food quality, guest service and inventory management.
• Manage budgets, labor and scheduling to meet financial goals.
• Recruitment of FOH staff and adherence to OTG policies.
