Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree in aerospace, mechanical or aircraft construction engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in aviation, preferably related to Airbus aircraft.
• Ability to train towards and obtain delegations for Chief Engineering responsibilities.
• Experience in metallic and/or composite airframe structure design and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for repair, rework, and troubleshooting instructions and design updates.
• Develop and authorize technical solutions and reports for structural repairs.
• Interface between Chief Engineer/ Design office and Manufacturing/QA.
• Define technical solutions for primary/secondary airframe structures and conduct NC/CA actions.
