The Plans & Scheduler at Amentum supports HQ USAF operational plans and safe air transportation for Cabinet Members, senior military leaders, and visiting dignitaries. This role manages daily operations of an aircraft Plans and Scheduling office per AFI 21-101, coordinating MIS, phase flows, documentation, and scheduling with MOC and squadrons.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with MS Office and Project.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to obtain a United States Secret security clearance (US Citizenship required).

Aufgaben

• Day-to-day operations of an aircraft Plans and Scheduling office per AFI 21-101.
• Produce, train, and manage aircraft production controllers to keep records updated on time.
• Manage and coordinate aircraft scheduling and resource planning.
• Develop long-range to daily plans for aerospace assets to optimize resources.
• Attend required meetings and brief leadership on schedules and issues.
• Advise Maintenance Supervision on capability, problems, and adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate aircraft and equipment utilization with Operations.
• Prepare monthly briefings with CVAMS to ensure requirements are met.
• Manage MIS in creating and maintaining inspection work packages and phase flow.
• Maintain aircraft jacket files and historical documentation.
• Perform Configuration Management and verify correct parts and configurations.
• Oversee TCTO/TCI/SI programs and coordinate parts, forecasts, and meetings.
• Maintain JSML for TCIs/SIs and profiles in applicable orders.
• AVDO responsibilities include managing aircraft numbers and reporting to Higher HQ.
• Coordinate depot program inputs/returns with depot and other agencies.
• Review debriefs and flying hour data; reconcile monthly/yearly programs.
• Practice safety and housekeeping at all times.
