Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Maintenance Control Coordinator to manage administrative duties within maintenance control, assign aircraft to daily flight schedules, and release aircraft Safe for Flight in line with guidelines. The role requires coordinating with multiple centers and ensuring data integrity for VIDS/MAF submissions.

Ideal candidates have extensive aircraft maintenance experience, strong scheduling skills, and the ability to work with base personnel on logistics and support tasks.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in aircraft maintenance and material support.
• Experience coordinating daily flight operations personnel for scheduled/unscheduled maintenance.
• Strong ability to process VIDS/MAF and maintain accuracy in data entries.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret US Government Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assigns aircraft to the daily flight schedule and releases Safe for Flight.
• Coordinate daily flight schedule with duty and other work centers.
• Screen and process maintenance documentation and inspections.
• Liaise with base personnel for fuel, hangars, and other requirements.
