Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET) seeks an experienced Aircraft Mechanic III - Site Lead at Mountain Home AFB, ID, to direct onsite aircraft maintenance operations, inspections, and fleet schedules. You will supervise mechanics and provide technical guidance to support airframes.

The role requires leading complex maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and coordinating with engineers and military officials to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

Experience leading hangar-floor operations in military or aviation settings.
Ability to supervise diverse mechanic teams and ensure compliant work.

Responsibilities

Lead, schedule, and supervise multidisciplinary teams through maintenance, inspections, and modifications.
Act as primary certifying inspector with sign-off authority for team actions.
Diagnose and modify aircraft structures, components, and engines with complex technical needs.
Prioritize workflows, manage onsite assets, and meet tight delivery schedules.
Serve as chief onsite liaison to engineers, officials, and clients.
Interpret blueprints and data sheets to resolve complex mechanical issues.
