Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all aspects of aircraft maintenance, ensuring airworthiness and compliance with CFRs and company policies. The role includes budgeting, scheduling and supervising both in-house and AMO-maintained tasks, with responsibility for records, training coordination, and liaison with the FAA.

Applicants should hold an A&P Certificate and have at least 10 years in corporate aircraft maintenance, with strong leadership, budgeting and compliance

Qualifications

Must hold a valid A&P Certificate.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Corporate Aircraft Maintenance Operations.
Knowledge of CFRs and aircraft maintenance standards.
Proficient in planning, implementation, and direction of maintenance programs.
Highly motivated, safety-focused and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance activities ensuring CFR compliance and Solairus policies.
Develop budgets for maintenance, parts, labor, tooling and facilities.
Supervise and approve expenditures for assigned aircraft.
Coordinate maintenance training with DOM/CAM.
Maintain complete records of inspections, repairs and times.
Interface with FAA and AMOs on maintenance policies.
