Job summary

Solairus Aviation seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all aircraft maintenance activities, ensuring airworthiness and regulatory compliance. You will plan, schedule, track maintenance events, manage budgets, and supervise internal and contracted personnel at the Sacramento area base near KSMF.

You will coordinate with the DOM/CAM, perform audits, maintain records, and liaise with the FAA on maintenance policy. A&P certification and 10+ years in corporate aircraft maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid A&P Certificate.
• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Aircraft Maintenance Operations.
• Knowledge of CFRs and aircraft maintenance standards.
• Experience planning, implementing, and directing maintenance programs.
• Relocation within 1 hour of KSMF.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities of assigned aircraft and ensure airworthiness.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and ADs in compliance with CFRs.
• Develop budgets and manage costs for parts, labor, tooling, and facilities.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate with AMOs and vendors as needed.
• Audit tool calibration and material control; liaise with FAA and CAM.
