Solairus Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance on assigned aircraft, ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards and company policies.

The role includes budgeting, scheduling, and supervising both the company and non-company maintenance personnel. The ideal candidate holds a valid A&P certificate, 10+ years of corporate aircraft maintenance experience, and expertise in CFRs and FAA directives.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid A&P Certificate.
• Demonstrates knowledge of CFRs and aircraft maintenance standards.
• Experience in planning, implementing, and directing maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities of assigned aircraft and ensure compliance with airworthiness standards.
• Develop budgets covering maintenance, parts & labor, tooling, and facilities.
• Supervise expenditures and coordinate with AMOs and vendors.
• Maintain complete records of inspections, repairs, and component changes.
• Ensure adherence to ADs, Service Bulletins, and CFRs; liaise with the FAA.
