Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities for assigned aircraft and ensure airworthiness per CFRs and company policies. The role reports to the Director of Maintenance and CAM, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.

Ideal candidates hold a valid A&P certificate with 10+ years in corporate aircraft maintenance, strong regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid A&P Certificate.
• Demonstrates knowledge of CFRs and aircraft maintenance standards.
• Be highly motivated to Safety, Regulatory Compliance, and Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities for assigned aircraft and ensure compliance with CFRs and company policies.
• Develop budgets outlining expenses related to maintenance, parts & labor, tooling, and facilities.
• Coordinate with AMOs and external vendors for maintenance events and inspections.
• Maintain complete records of inspections, repairs, and component changes.
