Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities on assigned aircraft, ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards and company policies. You will manage long-term planning, scheduling, and budgeting for maintenance events, while supervising maintenance personnel and coordinating with AMOs and FAA officials.

The role requires a valid A&P certificate, 10+ years in corporate aircraft maintenance, and strong CFR knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid A&P certificate.
• 10+ years of corporate aircraft maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of CFRs and aircraft maintenance standards.
• Proven ability to plan, implement and direct maintenance programs.
• Commitment to Safety, Regulatory Compliance and Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs and component changes.
• Coordinate with AMOs and vendors; conduct vendor evaluations.
• Develop and monitor the maintenance budget and costs.
• Ensure airworthiness and readiness of aircraft for service.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure safety and quality.
• Liaise with the FAA regarding maintenance policies.
• Maintain certification and recency requirements per CFR 65.83.
