Job summary

21-Air-LLC is seeking a Manager of Maintenance Planning to oversee FAA-compliant maintenance forecasting for the fleet. You will manage Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, aircraft records, and maintenance programs while coordinating with multiple departments and agencies to ensure proper scheduling, documentation, and forecasting of all activities.

Qualifications

FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning or a related aviation maintenance function.
Strong understanding of FAA regulations including 14 CFR, ADs, MPD, MRB, and ICA documentation.
Experience with CMTS (e.g., CAMP, TRAX, Corridor, or equivalent) required.
High attention to detail with excellent organization and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead meetings, coordinate multi-departmental tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and aviation maintenance tracking software.

Responsibilities

Monitor and review Airworthiness Directives and schedule repetitive actions.
Interface with Maintenance Control on new ADs for proper applicability and scheduling.
Verify currency and accuracy of aircraft/component maintenance records and work packages.
Maintain a current list of Major Repairs and Alterations for FAA review.
Update airframe, engine, component, and appliance records for AD compliance.
