Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance of assigned aircraft, support equipment, and tools at Milton, Florida.

You will supervise maintenance staff, schedule work safely, perform complex maintenance tasks, and ensure compliance with manuals, safety rules, and OSHA requirements. Training and leadership are essential as you guide engineers and technicians in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years' experience in aircraft maintenance.
• A&P license preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of aircraft maintenance and scheduling.
• Supervise maintenance staff and set priorities.
• Perform maintenance, servicing, inspection, and upgrades as required.
• Review manuals and service bulletins to determine repair methods.
• Provide guidance on technical orders and safety procedures.
• Maintain equipment maintenance schedules and inventory.
• Train employees on equipment per OSHA regulations.
• Assist in aircraft movement and field/hangar duties as needed.
• Meet with customers and leadership as required.
