• Degree in STEM with 7–10+ years of related experience.
• Experience establishing and managing requirements for complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Polarion/ALM.
• Proven communication with customers and suppliers on compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing systems engineering team with mentorship.
• Own system-level requirements development and verification.
• Ensure architectures meet performance, safety, reliability, and regulatory needs.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, supply chain, PM, and OEMs.
• Manage system-level risk identification and change control.
• Champion systems engineering processes and continuous improvement.
• Support aircraft-level integration across electrical, structural, environmental.
• Drive compliance with FAA/EASA certification (Part 25, DO-160, DO-178/254).
• Represent systems engineering in reviews, meetings, and supplier discussions.
