Sierra Nevada Corporation in Florida is seeking an Aircraft Inspector IV to lead inspection teams and oversee complex inspections, ensuring airworthiness, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will develop inspection protocols, document findings in detail, mentor junior inspectors, and conduct periodic audits of maintenance processes.

This role supports DoD, DHS, and international customers, with extended deployments to OCONUS locations as required.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certification is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Active security clearance required.
• Passport and ability to deploy internationally.
• Strong knowledge of airworthiness inspection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex aircraft inspections.
• Develop and implement inspection protocols.
• Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of findings.
• Address and resolve significant compliance issues.
• Lead training and mentorship programs for junior inspectors.
