Job summary

This hands-on leadership role focuses on airworthiness certification and inspection coordination across scheduled maintenance, modifications, or component changes.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in aircraft inspection, A&P/IA credentials, and the ability to interpret

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant inspection experience, substitutions allowed.
• Active FAA A&P with IA designation; knowledge of FAA regulations.
• Ability to interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing inspection standards, methods and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, DCMA and other regulations.
• Support certification of aircraft airworthiness by signing off inspections.
• Coordinate inspections for scheduled maintenance or modifications.
• Verify approved equipment and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and assist internal audits.
